About Me

I am a native of metro Detroit, and moved to Chicago to attend law school at DePaul University. 


While there, I got a coveted position working as a law clerk for two well-known criminal defense attorneys. As their clerk, I assisted on first-degree murders, drug crimes, white-collar crimes, and other state and federal cases. 


Those attorneys served as my mentors through the years, and after graduation, helped me start and grow Rachel at Law. 


In 2012 I moved back to Michigan to start a family, and practice law.
